  These robbers have no shame! They kept my bucket truck for TWO WEEKS, and accomplished nothing other than to DISABLE my working bucket swivel and winch - then had the audacity to tell me
  to come back when they weren't so busy - and robbed me out of $1200! They kept my loader truck for a MONTH! Willard knows nothing about how to do brake repair ("I'm pretty good") -and had to farm the job out - and took me for another $1600! I had bought and brought him all the brake parts! He lied and told me he could install a valve, and later said he would not do it unless I payed an ADDITIONAL $1600! He broke my obsolete hub on the OTHER brake, which was not in need of repair, costing me yet more down time!
  THIS PLACE IS A NIGHTMARE, yet Willard called ME an "ass hole" for saying he was responsible to replace my hub, which he broke! He told me it was ready, and I drove it a mile before the hub broke.
  
  RUN FROM THIS HELLHOLE!
