  The place was clean and the food delicious. The portions were appropriate for a lunch meal and the wait time was excellent for freshly cooked individual meals.

  This place is clean, and fairly fast at serving food even when it is busy. From multiple past experiences they only cook until you order. The shrimp are excellent and FRESH battered in house. The catfish is ok one piece we had was kind of strong. The chicken is great, as well as the gizzards which are fried lightly and not tough or dried out.

  Way too salty, greasy and heavily breaded. They were better years ago. I miss the light, crispy coating they once had.
